4 Dead Bodies of Newborns Found Inside a Freezer

Four dead bodies of newborns were found inside a shoe box in a freezer two years ago. In a filed report, a man called the Boston Police Police Department to report that he and his wife were cleaning his sister’s apartment when they found the dead bodies.

In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, police officers arrived and found the frozen bodies of newborns. Police authorities identified the gender of the newborns as two female and two male, and all of them were at full-term. Additionally, they also reported that the umbilical cords were still attached.

Statement from the Prosecutor’s Office

Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden said the 69-year-old woman, identified as Aldamir, will not face criminal charges. His office said that to file charges, investigators needed to  to find evidence that the newborns were alive as well as a cause of death. However, they could not make either of those determinations. The lack of injuries to the children also contributed to her not facing charges.

Meanwhile, the district attorney’s office also added, “A prosecutor’s office cannot ethically move forward with a case that, in good faith, it believes it cannot bring to trial.”
