Hotel Press Charges Against Ryan Garcia

The hotel pressed charges against the boxing star Ryan Garcia when the police arrived. He was booked at the Beverly Hills Police Department jail, and police said Garcia complained of a medical issue and was subsequently transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Meanwhile, Garcia’s attorney, Darin Chavez, told a news outlet, “He was taken by the BHPD to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment and, to our knowledge, may be charged with public intoxication.”

Additionally, Ryan Garcia will face suspension by the New York Athletic Commission after he tested positive for the banned and illegal substance, which led to his majority decision victory over Devin Haney in April, which was a major upset.

Furthermore, the commission will soon release their decision and Ryan Garcia’s victory could be overturned. He floored Haney three times but was ineligible to win the WBC junior welterweight title after he was 3.2 pounds overweight.
